The issuance of bonds by PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO), a property company, on 22-23 June 2014 has entered the bidding stage. Directors of the company said it still maintain coupon rate of 9.5% for a period of three years and 9.9% for the five-year tenor.
“We set the coupon at the level of the premium for the benefit to the investor, because it’s the first time we issue bonds. Even if it lowered to 9% will still be pursued by investors, but we’re not going to lower (the coupon rate), “said Indaryanto, Director of PP Properti.
PP Properti has won deals to Rp 2.3 trillion in bonds issuance this year. For a period of three years, the accumulated deals reached Rp 700 billion, while the five-year tenor recorded a Rp 1.6 trillion deal.(*)
