PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO), a listed property and subsidiary of PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP), expressed its optimism to its have assets up to Rp 12.4 trillion in 2019, up 133.96% compared to its value at the end of last year which amounted to Rp 5, 3 trillion.
The optimism has caused the stock price to show an upward trend of up to 114% since the beginning of the year.
The projected asset increase is in line with the target of increasing revenue to Rp 4.5 trillion in 2019, up 200% from the Rp 1.5 trillion revenues in 2015.
PP Properti’s revenue target this year is Rp 2.1 trillion, then Rp 2.7 trillion in the next year, and as high as Rp 3.5 trillion in the year 2018.
The mainstay projects of PP Properti in improving its assets and income in three years ahead are, among others, Grand Sungkono Lagoon and Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon (Surabaya), Grand Kamala Lagoon (Bekasi), Payon Amartha and Amartha View (Semarang), Pavillion Permata 2, Gunung Putri Square (Bogor), and The Ayoma Apartement (Serpong).
In the next three years, the company targets Grand Kamala Lagoon, Grand Sungkono Lagoon, as well as the Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon to be fully completed and be able to support target marketing sales of Rp 5.5 trillion, up 189.47% compared to sales achievement throughout 2015.(*)
