Low cost carrier (LCC) of Citilink Indonesia gave another appreciation to their loyal passenger in the second period of “Pesta Udara Citilink” program at JCC Senayan Jakarta, Friday (7/10).
After mid-September 2016 when Citilink awarded grand prize in the first period, now Citilink gave another gift to their loyal passengers of FIAT 500 which are presented by Albert Burhan, President and CEO Citilink Indonesia.
“This appreciation is an effort to improve Citilink service quality in order to bring Citilink closer to the passengers by providing comfort in flight experience with Citilink. Our loyal passengers have a huge role for our achievement.” said Albert in the opening of Garuda Indonesia Travel Fair (GATF).
The program was held from 23 May to the upcoming 30 November 2016 with grand prize of 3 units of FIAT 500, 4 umrah packages, and 44 Citilink Trip vacation packages which will be drawn in 3 periods.
The winner of this period is Dian Kurniawati, Citilink loyal passenger with the destination of Surabaya-Jakarta (round trip) which had been drawn on last September.
In the last four years, Citilink passengers have significantly decreased. Citilink Indonesia has flown 7.267.738 passengers to 27 destinations across Indonesia until August 2016, with at least 8 routes which were opened during the first semester 2016 and 54 total routes.
“We are confident that our consistency on prioritizing the customer satisfaction and comfort is our key to keep expanding in the future and establish Citilink as leading LCC in both national and regional markets,” said Albert.
Currently, Citilink has 41 units of Airbus 320 and will import total 10 units of Airbus A320NEO, the narrow body airplane, with the latest engine specification which is more modern and efficient in serving the domestic air travel.
