DMAS Industrial Land Sales Has Been Bright

This is a positive signal for Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS) investors. The industrial land sales target of 50 hectares will be achieved this year. Soon, the company will sign the land sales to three foreign investors from the industries which are related to automotive sectors.

Hongky Jeffry Nantung, the President Director of DMAS, said that the industrial land sales for the three tenants are almost finished. “We are optimistic that the sales can reach 50 hectares on the third quarter to fourth quarter of 2016,” said Hongky. The company has not yet mentioned all the tenants because it still remains confidential. Until the second quarter of 2016, the sales reached 11 hectares.

DMAS income dropped by 23.6% to 976.6 billion IDR in June 2016, due to the deceleration of the Indonesian economy. As for the result, the company’s net profit also decreased by 37% to 486.2 billion IDR. The industrial land sales contributed 98% from their income.

On Tuesday (2/8), DMAS share had weakened by 3.7% to 262 IDR per level. (*)
